We are looking for a Senior Reconciliation Specialist who is eager to go beyond traditional reconciliations. In this role, you won't just ensure accuracy in cash, securities, and crypto transactions -- you'll also help us build smarter, more automated processes that make life easier for our business.

What will your role be?

Reconcile cash correspondent and internal accounts, securities positions, and cryptocurrency transactions. Manage Eurex and non-Eurex ETDs as well as OTC transactions and positions. Investigate, report, and escalate discrepancies with accuracy and speed. Drive process improvements by introducing automation and smarter workflows. Lead projects to simplify reconciliation processes and support new product rollouts.

What are we looking for?

Strong Avaloq and Excel knowledge, with the ability to modernize processes beyond spreadsheets. Analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity and improving efficiency. Solid numerical skills and accounting knowledge. At least 2 years' experience in reconciliation. Degree in Banking & Finance. Proactive, resilient, and comfortable driving processes a step further. Fluency in German and English. Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka or Tableau is a plus.
