Aufgaben



Onboard and and advise your own clients with empathy and expertise Understand each family's unique needs, goals, and priorities Develop tailored investment and savings strategies aligned with Marmot's life-goal-based philosophy Monitor portfolios and nurture client relationships with integrity and care Collaborate with our investments team to co-create offerings for women and families Help shape a new standard in wealth management--built on purpose and partnership

Qualifikation



3-5+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking A loyal book of clients or strong network among female clients and/or families High emotional intelligence and clear, client-friendly communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and structured, independent way of working Familiarity with digital tools and openness to innovation and globalization Strong academic background in finance, economics, law and marketing Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English 3v-5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking or family office
