Senior Sales & Business Development Manager
who can
build and lead
our commercial development in
Swiss-German, German, and Austrian
markets.

Your Mission
You'll be BioSked's growth catalyst in DACH--responsible for defining and executing our market entry strategy, from the first pilots to scaling a sustainable business.
1. Strategy & Go-to-Market Development
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for DACH, in alignment with the CEO and VP Sales Europe.
Identify key market segments (radiology, hospitals, private groups, university hospitals, etc.) and their decision-making structures.
Build and nurture a high-value network across hospitals, industry partners, and local integrators.
Represent BioSked at major regional healthcare and digital events.
2. Sales Execution & Pipeline Ownership
Generate and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing.
Run complex SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (CIOs, CMOs, medical directors, procurement).
Lead product demos, value workshops, and contract negotiations.
Convert early opportunities into reference accounts and scalable success stories.
3. Partnerships & Local Ecosystem Development
Identify and activate strategic partnerships (resellers, implementation partners, technology alliances).
Cultivate alliances with healthcare institutions, complementary software providers, and distribution channels.
Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments and measurable ROI.
4. Scale the Business
Recruit and mentor future commercial or implementation team members once traction is established.
Contribute to future pricing, contracting, and go-to-market models adapted to DACH.
Work closely with the CEO and fellow COMEX members to align commercial strategies with overall corporate vision.
Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities, contributing to top-level strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Required experience
8-15 years of experience in
sales or business development
in
B2B SaaS
, preferably in
healthcare IT, workforce management, scheduling, or hospital software
.
Proven track record in
opening or scaling a new market
or region.
Familiarity with
hospital decision processes
(public and private) in DACH.
Strong network among hospital executives, IT decision-makers, or healthcare integrators.
Mastery of consultative and value-based selling approaches.
Experience with public tenders and complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Languages
Fluent German (native or C2 level)
and
English (business-proficient)
required.
French
is a plus for collaboration with the Swiss-Romand / France team.
