Senior SAP BASIS Technology Consultant (Remote)

to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact by guiding clients through complex technical landscapes.

About the Role

As a key member of our technology consulting group, you'll be instrumental in shaping technical solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

Solution Design & Implementation:

You'll be the consultant behind SAP solutions, creating and maintaining standard procedures that align with client needs. You'll manage the entire lifecycle from initial process design and requirements gathering to system configuration and testing, culminating in the deployment of fully functional development, test, and production environments.

?

Technical Expertise:

You will provide hands-on technical support for the installation and upgrades of various SAP systems, including

S/4HANA, BTP solutions, Signavio, Fiori, Hana Cloud,

and

Integration Suite

. Your expertise in both hardware and software will be crucial.

?

Database Management:

You'll oversee database administration, with a strong focus on

SAP HANA

, but also requiring a deep understanding of

Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL,

and

MS SQL

.

?

Problem Resolution:

You'll analyze and resolve customer incidents swiftly and effectively.

?

System Administration & Monitoring:

You'll take the lead in administering and monitoring SAP systems using

SAP CALM

, managing users and their interfaces.

?

Mentorship:

You'll share your knowledge and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you must have:

? A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

? A minimum of

8-12 years of hands-on experience

in ERP and operating systems.

? Proven project experience building and implementing SAP and database systems from end to end, including both

brownfield and greenfield implementations

.

? Knowledge of

web-based, .NET programming languages

and

JavaScript

.

? Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? The ability to create complex

SQL queries and views

.

? Hands-on experience with

process automation,Cloud Identity Services,Cloud Transfer Management, Adobe services, on BTP

.

? A strong understanding of

Roles and Authorizations

within ERP and operating systems (

Linux & Windows

).

? Knowledge of SAP Fiori administration/app activation.

? The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

? Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.

?

C1 level proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

We're particularly interested in candidates who possess:

? Broad knowledge of ERP IT systems (specifically SAP) and their integration with legacy systems.

? Familiarity with

Gateway Clients

.

? Experience with various

cloud platforms

, especially

SAP Rise

and other

SAP Cloud Solutions

.

? A detailed understanding of

SAP S/4HANA

and its database architecture.

? Relevant certifications, preferably

OpenSSL

, are highly valued.

?

For the particular project, Turkish

is a definite plus.

? The successful candidate should be located in the canton Zurich.
