Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and distribution of structured products (equity, credit, and cross-asset) to institutional and high-net-worth clients across LATAM.
Originate new business and grow wallet share with key accounts through strategic relationship management and bespoke investment solutions.
Partner with structuring and trading desks to design tailored products that meet client-specific needs and risk profiles.
Stay abreast of regulatory frameworks, tax implications, and investor preferences across LATAM jurisdictions.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client roadshows across Latin America.
Key Requirements:
7+ years of experience in structured products sales or related investment product distribution, with a proven track record in the LATAM region.
Established network of institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and/or wealth managers in Latin America.
Deep understanding of structured products across asset classes and strong product design capabilities.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential; English proficiency required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; additional certifications (e.g., CFA) a plus.
