Become one of the drivers of energy transition and join TotalEnergies Gas and Power!

TotalEnergies is a multi-energy company that produces and markets energies on a global scale: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gases, renewables and electricity. Our 105,000 employees are committed to energy that is ever more affordable, clean, reliable and accessible to as many people as possible. TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP) is the trading arm of TotalEnergies in the field of low carbon energies (mainly gas, LNG and power). As such it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution. Uncertainties specific to the trading environment (volatility of prices, supply & demand mismatches) are coupled with those coming from the broader energy sector (climate change policies, changes in the energy mix, developments of new energy sources, etc). In such context TGP helps to ensure growth and profitability to a key segment of the business in order to reach the objective of Carbon Neutrality by 2050.

What do we offer?

You will work with the people in your area in four main areas (approximately 150 people and up to 50 managers and business managers to be managed directly):
  • Supporting employees in defining their professional development plan and preparing for their career development. You will set up career reviews and assist the manager in drawing up individual training plans. You will use assessment tools and compare points of view in order to consolidate the guidelines adopted. Your ability to support and listen, and your knowledge of the Company\\\'s opportunities, career paths and business lines, will enable you to make proposals.

  • Leading people reviews. You will advise managers on the organisation of their teams. You will participate in the implementation of HR policies and campaigns.
  • Manage mobility. In coordination with managers, you will ensure the appropriate staffing of positions within your scope. You will ensure that the internal mobility process is transparent and fair.

Our people flourish in an environment that promotes expertise, entrepreneurship spirit, agility and a purpose-driven culture, generating boundless opportunities to learn, grow and achieve collaborative success.
