Senior Tech Lead - .Net Background

About the role

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure IT solutions. You will be a valued member of our technology team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, test, release management, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers/engineers to deliver robust solutions. Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable IT systems and applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Provide hands-on technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and offer architectural oversight. Drive best practices in software development, DevOps, security, and system performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

What you need to have to be considered

Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end enterprise-level project implementations. Strong background in .Net technologies, with solid understanding of the .Net tech stack and database skills. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (test, release management, infrastructure). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

These will help you stand out

Prior experience working with (Swiss banking environtment and Azure Cloud. Experience in driving DevOps and security best practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
