DB&L is seeking, for a major banking client based in Ticino, a Senior Azure & Windows Architect to strengthen the IT Infrastructure team.
Residence: Switzerland required (preferably Ticino) or immediate availability to relocate
Key Responsabilities
Design and manage the Bank's ICT architecture, supporting the infrastructure's evolution from on-premises environments to the Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud.
Manage assigned ICT systems, including application management activities.
Perform operational activities related to incident, problem, and change management, ensuring continuous improvement of solutions and optimization of internal processes.
Implement medium-complexity project initiatives and provide technical support to project managers during the architecture definition, design, validation, and transition to production phases.
Coordinate operational activities with external vendors (outsourcers), ensuring compliance with quality standards and service levels.
Collaborate with internal partners, including project and security teams, ensuring effective technical and operational alignment.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Cloud certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator
or Azure Solutions Architect
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in architecture or project leadership roles on Microsoft 365/Azure technologies in complex Windows environments.
In-depth knowledge of information systems architecture, key protocols, and ICT technologies.
Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions and ICT services.
Knowledge of key standards and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
Experience in the banking sector is preferred.
