For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

Background:

As a leading company in in-vitro diagnostics in Switzerland, we are seeking a proactive individual to join our service organization as a Service Coordinator (m/f/d). You will be the central control authority and contribute significantly to optimal resource allocation and maximum customer satisfaction in the hospital and laboratory environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in resource planning in a technical environment. Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and the ability to prioritize are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, or gSuite is also required. A strong affinity for data and a focus on quality are also essential. Fluent German and good English skills complete the profile.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Short-term scheduling: Coordination of urgent service calls for medical technology systems as well as management of internal and external service requests Long-term planning: Support of resource planning for maintenance, modifications and installations; participation in absence, vacation and on-call planning for service technicians Interface management: Acts as an important link between the customer, customer service and sales Process control: Optimal use of CRM and other tools to manage services; continuous optimization of processes and active participation in projects Capacity management: Monitoring and participation to avoid personnel and technical bottlenecks Customer focus: Acts in a customer-oriented manner and maintains business relationships

Must Haves:

Ideally a commercial or technical basic education Proven experience in deployment planning in a technical or medical technology environment High organizational skills, stress resistance, and prioritization skills Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office or gSuite Strong data affinity and high quality orientation High social skills and poise, even in stressful situations Strong assertiveness Very good German skills (fluent) and good English skills, ideally good knowledge of French or Italian
