Responsibilities

Provide professional guest service according to company standards Advise guests on menu, beverages, and pairings Support smooth service flow in coordination with kitchen and bar Perform opening, service, and closing duties Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Requirements

Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred Strong communication skills; English required, German an advantage Professional appearance, reliability, and positive attitude Willingness to work evenings and weekends Interest in Japanese cuisine is an asset
