• Customer reception, products consultancy, sale finalization
• Proactively collaborate with colleagues to implement efficient procedures and deliver the best service/feedback and communication skills
• Report/anticipate issues and provide solutions
• Administrative procedures
• Periodical report to HQ

Your Profile

• Commercial education
• Previous experience in a commercial role within a shop context
• Very good knowledge of German and/or Swiss German
• Good knowledge of English or French
• Italian knowledge is considered a plus
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Target-oriented, customer-focused
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong sense of business/commerce
• Professional, honest, dynamic, and responsible person with strong work ethics
• Predisposition for communication and problem-solving
