As a
Shop Visit Manager (CFM56)
you will:Your tasks

Lead all CFM56 shop visit projects and act as the main engine contact Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the (safety) Management System Monitor project progress against milestones and take proactive measures Plan engine input/output in coordination with production and operations Lead the engine team and organize regular meetings Maintain up-to-date engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine Log, RAIL)
Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or Business Administration (or equivalent) 3+ years of experience in project- or process-related roles, ideally in MRO Strong understanding of operational processes and project management Fluent in English; German B1+ is desirable Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality procedures Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results
