12 -month contract, Full Time.
I am working with a leading Medical Device firm who are presenting a great opportunity for a Site Activation Specialists. It will be an initial 12-month contract role onsite in Switzerland.
Background:
My client is based in Switzerland Rotkreuz looking for a candidate who will be responsible for site start-up activities for the assigned studies within the Site Alliance and Site Activation Sub-Chapter under Clinical Operations. The position will require strong stakeholder management working closely with Contracting, Legal, Privacy, Study Teams, CRO, and Sites.
This contract will be based in Rotkreuz. Our client is offering an hourly rate between CHF 58\\xe2\\x80\\x93 CHF 60 depending on experience.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s (no PhD) degree in chemistry, biology, other life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (****)
- Experience in study start-up is required or experience as CRA or within clinical research / trial (****)
- Experience in clinical trial planning, including IRB/Ethics Committee, Competent authority submissions and contracts
- Must be fluent in English, German is a plus
- Understand the quality expectations and emphasis on the right first time, attention to detail
- Ability to organize tasks, time, and priorities, ability to multitask
- Required to support multi-national team members, and flexibility in working hours may be needed (****)
- Ability to participate and work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and great communication skills (****)
