Responsibilities

Successfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI) Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives Lead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work Facilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectives Identify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellence Support the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence in driving site-wide strategic improvement programs

Requirements

Proven experience in a GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a biologics or commercial pharmaceutical production environment Practical experience in continuous improvement or Lean management systems Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire change across teams In-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
