About the role:

We are looking for a

Social Media Coordinator Switzerland

to take an active role in producing and managing content for our channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok. The role is hands-on and creative, with a strong focus on filming and editing content together with creators, while also ensuring our social media operations run smoothly through structured planning and organization.


As Social Media Coordinator, you will join our global social media team working across markets. The role is based at our hub in Zurich and reports to the Global Social Lead at our Stockholm headquarters. While primarily Monday to Friday, flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is expected based on event schedules.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate content productions with creators Film on location and in-studio (iPhone & camera) Edit short-form videos (CapCut or similar tools) tailored for TikTok and Instagram Research and adapt trending formats into brand-relevant concepts Maintain a well-organized content library and manage digital assets Support the development of content calendars and posting schedules Assist with publishing posts and drafting captions when needed

Who you are

Strong interest in TikTok and Instagram content formats Experience in filming and short-form video editing Organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Confident in coordinating shoots and capturing spontaneous moments Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling Bonus: Experience building or managing a social media account You are based in Zurich and comfortable managing Social Media content in both English and German
