Social Media + Digital Advertising Coordinator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of current digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

  • Develop, manage, and execute a content calendar across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create high-quality visual and written content in line with Haut-Lac's voice, mission, and brand identity
  • Engage with the school community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics to inform strategy and enhance engagement
Digital Advertising:
  • Coordinate with Haut-Lac's digital advertising agency on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
  • Assist in planning, briefing, and reviewing ad creatives and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with admissions and marketing objectives
  • Regularly report on ROI, KPIs, and optimisation opportunities
General Communications Support:
  • Assist with photography, videography, and content creation during school events for digital use
  • Ensure a consistent, professional school brand image across all online platforms
  • Collaborate with the Admissions, Marketing, and IT teams to align communications with wider school goals
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in social media and/or digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics tools
  • Excellent writing skills in English; French is an asset
  • Experience in an educational environment is a plus
