Project leader

Role:

The Solution Architect

will reinforce our

Synechron Switzerland team in Zurich

.

Your responsibilities:

Designing solid, scalable, and maintainable architecture

that delivers an excellent user experience.

Developing and overseeing key software components, including APIs and applications

, to establish a reliable and extensible system foundation.

Leading the integration of multiple applications and services

to ensure seamless interoperability and project success.

Providing continuous technical guidance and architectural leadership

, fostering a culture of excellence that inspires the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Analyzing and creating the functional target architecture

to ensure the application precisely meets user requirements and aligns with business goals.

Collaborating closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS)

into the overall solution architecture.

Advocating for and implementing best practices around security, scalability, and performance

in both cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

Your profile and skills:

You possess a

degree in Technology

or equivalent. You possess strong experience with the

Java language

, including familiarity with the

Spring framework

. You have proven expertise in

REST APIs

(including

API design

,

versioning

, and

maintenance

) and solid understanding of

networking

concepts. You demonstrate experience with

SQL databases.

You possess strong skills in

DevOps practices

, including experience with

Azure DevOps

,

CI/CD pipelines

, and

infrastructure as code

. You are experienced in

Azure cloud services

and Microsoft technologies, including experience with

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

,

App Services

,

Azure Functions

, and related tools. You are experienced with

containers

and container orchestration, primarily

Docker

and

Kubernetes.

You are fluent in

English, other languages will be considered a plus.

You possess a

valid Swiss work permit

, or you are

an EU national and willing to relocate to Switzerland.
