We're looking for a Solution Consultant with a passion for solving problems, and helping organizations realize their business vision. As part of our Veeva Quality Solution Consulting team, you will play a key role in the sales process: understanding customer needs, crafting compelling solution demonstrations, and showing how Veeva can transform the way they work. You'll join a dynamic, supportive, high-performing team where you can grow rapidly and make a real impact.

What You'll Do

As a Solution Consultant, you will bring expertise, curiosity, and creativity to help customers envision their future with Veeva solutions by: Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements Configuring tailored, value-driven demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications Applying your industry knowledge to communicate the business value of our solutions Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success Delivering value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to help prospects envision their processes within Veeva. Supporting marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond

Requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive, thoughtful communicator with a strong understanding of quality processes in the Life Sciences industry 3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and German Willingness to travel within the EU (as needed) Self-sufficiency with energy, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Understanding of process design and quality operations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in pre-sales or another customer-facing role at a software company Experience with SaaS/cloud applications Background in consulting or software implementation Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages

Work Anywhere means you can work in an office or at home on any given day. It's about getting the work done in the way and place that works best for each person. This applies across all locations and departments.



Work Anywhere does not mean work at any time. We have predictable core hours where employees are generally available for meetings and collaboration. Employees are focused and available during core hours.



We invest in our offices to make them places where our employees like to go. If you work in the office three or more days a week, you will have a dedicated office workspace. Our offices function as hubs to draw people in, create social bonds, and where random connections and mixing of ideas happen. We're investing more in offices, culture, and offsite meetings, not less.



Product teams are organized in regional product hubs for optimal collaboration and live within a time zone of their hub. Our current product hubs are located in Pleasanton, Columbus, Boston, Kansas City, New York City, Raleigh, and Toronto. We create opportunities for teams to get together in person regularly.



Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.
