For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Program & Change Management Support for Operational Excellence [remote] (m/f/d)

• Location: 100 % Remote EMEA
• Branch: Pharma
• Duration: 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026
• Contract: as Freelancer: Do you have your own registerd company that enables you to invoice us the worked hours based on the hourly all-in-rate as a freelancer (mandatory for this role) or
• Swiss Payroll if you you are located in Switzerland

Tasks & Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy for Business Transformations

• Design and implement targeted change management strategies to support post-implementation sustainability of the business transformations.
• Ensure strategies align with both project-specific objectives and broader organizational change principles.

Development of Adoption Metrics

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement measurable indicators of change adoption and engagement.
• Utilize methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to track progress and inform adjustments to the change approach.

Communication Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute a communications plan that delivers clear, consistent, and timely updates throughout the lifecycle of initiatives, including intersection with any overarching Development change initiatives.
• Tailor messaging to various stakeholder groups to build aware-ness, understanding, and commitment to change.

Must Haves
experience working in a change management capacity
Novartis previous experience preferred
