We are looking for a new Team Member to serve as Solutions Sales Specialist \\xe2\\x80\\x9cLocal Consulting Services\\xe2\\x80\\x9d and strategic business partner who will be responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

Working within our local accounts, you will provide an excellent service by selling specific products and services requiring technical or scientific expertise

With the help of your in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services you will develop new business for the local consulting business by identifying and qualifying new revenue opportunities, and providing solution expertise

You proactively support proposal creation, and manage the selling process, and contract finalization in close collaboration with the local Key Account Managers and with guidance of local Consulting and local Sales Leadership

You will build long-term relationship with our clients through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities, with the goal of becoming a well-rounded advisor (on topics such as marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues + trends, IQVIA products and consulting capabilities).

As you anticipate client needs, you will collaborate with IQVIA marketing, consulting, and/or client services staff, as to develop and present proposed solutions to clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 complex business issues.

You will represent IQVIA to the client (and the client to IQVIA) in all sales-related activities.

What we are seeking? You are someone who

Has a bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree with min. 1-3 years of relevant sales or account management experience.

Is revenue-driven: with an innate streak for Sales and BD, you will have drive and determination to exceed your goals

Is an independent and customer-focused individual, who is knowledgeable, consultative, a problem solver, creative, resourceful, organized, and an effective negotiator.

Possesses excellent presentation and writing skills \\xe2\\x80\\x93 you will act with a sense of urgency and be able to work independently and within a team.

Has a strategic business awareness and possesses strong analytical skills.

Ideally possesses solid understanding of the Pharma Industry and its trends.

Can speak/write English and German fluently
