Position Overview:

We are seeking an

Expert-level Consultant

to strengthen our Indirect Procurement team, focusing on

Professional Services

. The ideal candidate combines consulting experience with deep knowledge of procurement in

Professional Services

categories such as

Consulting

(strongly desired), and preferably

HR Services, Marketing Services

and

Legal Services

. Prior experience as a consultant and exposure to complex sourcing environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Expertise:

Drive sourcing strategies for Professional Services, with a focus on Consulting and related categories.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior clients and internal teams to influence decisions and implement best practices.

Project & Program Management:

Lead procurement projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Strategic Presentations:

Develop impactful presentations for senior stakeholders, translating data into compelling narratives.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Perform advanced analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and track procurement KPIs.

Core Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years in procurement or consulting, with at least 3 years in Professional Services sourcing. Big 4 consulting background is a strong advantage.

Procurement Expertise:

Proven track record in indirect procurement, especially Consulting category; HR and Legal Services experience is a plus.

Consulting Skills:

Strong client-facing capabilities, ability to manage complex projects in matrix organizations.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI is a plus).

Languages:

Fluency in English; German is a nice-to-have.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience as a consultant in procurement transformation projects. Exposure to global sourcing strategies and purchasing channels
