Job Description

As the Finance and IT Integration Specialist, the primary focus will be to lead strategic finance projects and programs in Switzerland, fostering harmonization within the region and driving change management initiatives from decision-making through to completion. You\\\'ll champion continuous improvement by employing process analysis, management, and optimization techniques aligned with Management Principles.

Main Tasks:
1. Post-Merger Integration:
  • Oversee the integration of financial and IT systems post-merger Integration, ensuring seamless alignment and functionality.
2. Financial Project Management:
  • Lead financial project management endeavors in Switzerland.
3. IT Project Leadership:
  • Take charge of IT projects, coordinating between end-users, project sponsors, and finance IT to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project objectives.
4. Reporting:
  • Report directly to the Finance Director Switzerland, providing updates and insights on project progress and outcomes.
5. Business Analysis and IT Solutions Implementation:
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify IT solutions for finance and administration, anticipating stakeholder demands, identifying areas for improvement, and independently implementing new solutions.
6. Process Optimization and Digitization:
  • Drive process optimization and digitization efforts within financial and administrative functions, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
7. Documentation and Training:
  • Document introduced processes, systems, and solutions while conducting training sessions for key users and end-users, particularly on tools like Coupa.
8. Performance Review:
  • Evaluate performance post-implementation, ensuring the efficacy of newly introduced systems and processes.
9. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Engage in effective communication with Managing Directors of Eurofins Legal Entities in Switzerland, finance teams, IT specialists, subject matter experts, and external ERP specialists to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications

Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, especially in finance and IT integration.
  • Strong understanding of LEAN Management Principles and process optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in post-merger integration would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in documentation and training methodologies.
