Responsible for planning and coordinating material, component, and goods flows to ensure optimal availability for production and/or distribution. Key contributor to synchronizing supply chain and logistics activities while meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor shipment/distribution plans based on forecasts and operational needs.
Coordinate inbound (raw materials/components) and outbound (finished goods) flows with carriers and warehouses.
Optimize transport and storage costs while maintaining service levels.
Manage planning parameters in ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock).
Analyze lead time coverage and anticipate requirements to prevent disruptions.
Monitor and resolve logistics issues (customs, transport, supplier delays).
Track KPIs and support process improvements.
Participate in projects on digitalization, automation, and supply chain optimization.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in logistics and transportation required
; planning experience is an asset, as well as raw materials management.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Knowledge of GMP pharma/biotech environment is a plus.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
* Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
