We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to support our Programs Structuring team. We have an opening for:

Specialist, Programs Structuring in EMEA (Budapest, Hungary or Zug, Switzerland)

As a Specialist, Programs Structuring, reporting directly to Magdalena Cristiani (GSCF S.A., Uruguay), you will be an integral part of our global team of 4 team members.



The Programs Structuring Specialist plays a vital role in both internal operations and client engagement. This customer-facing position supports the sales process by helping design and activate tailored program structures that meet client needs.



Key responsibilities include coordinating program activations and structure changes, preparing client-facing materials, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves facilitating communication between internal and external technical teams during system feature implementations.



Additionally, the specialist contributes to the ongoing development of the servicing platform, supports ad-hoc projects and data analysis, and drives initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, commercial growth, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into tailored program solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, clearly communicating program structures and system capabilities. Draft and refine proposals and SOWs aligned with client requirements and system functionality. Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing success through program activation.

Program Activation & Management

Coordinate program activations, structure changes, and ensure accurate system setup per SOW. Prioritize and support system enhancements related to activations. Train Credit Operations teams on new programs and ensure smooth integration into operations.

Platform & Feature Development

Expand knowledge and functionality of the ETB platform. Gather business requirements, write functional specs, and support development through testing and feedback. Identify system gaps and suggest improvements.

Additional Program Structuring Tasks

Maintain cross-program data in GPM per access rights. Lead ad hoc projects and report risks, exceptions, or opportunities to senior management. Support internal stakeholders with data analysis as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Profound understanding in ETB is a must. Proven experience in client-facing roles, program management, or system implementation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Technical aptitude with experience in writing business requirements and supporting system development. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment. High integrity, capable of seeing multiple perspectives and resolving issues empathetically and intelligently under pressure.
