Our opportunity:
Burger King is creating a senior leadership role to bring together Brand Marketing, Communications, Media & Innovation. The Sr. Director of Marketing, Burger King, EMEA will be the strategic and creative leader responsible for elevating Burger King's brand expression across the region. This leader partners closely with Burger King's franchisee CMOs across EMEA, International brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive a consistent, modern, culturally relevant brand agenda with particular emphasis on great tasting food, social-first storytelling, and integrated communication planning.
You will oversee a cross-functional team spanning Innovation, Communications, Partnerships, Social & Media, ensuring these functions work as a unified engine that accelerates our brand's growth across all channels and countries within the EMEA region.
This role is about raising the bar, amplifying what already works, and pushing the brand further into culture, creativity, and relevance with coherence, ambition, and world-class execution.
The role is located in Zug, Switzerland and requires 5 days per week office presence. Additionally, you might be required to travel frequently within the region.
