At Fischer Clinical Services, Lengnau, you'll be at the forefront of innovation! As a Sr. Scientist New Product Introduction, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new products into our Quality Control department, ensuring all aspects are meticulously addressed.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Coordinate the seamless integration of new products into the Quality Control department. Lead the transfer of analytical methods from customers to laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and associated SOPs. Provide strategies and plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for development and customers during the process. Focus on continuous improvement, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer happiness within NPI and QC activities. Ensure that all QC activities related to new products meet regulatory and company standards. Support the development and validation of analytical methods for new products.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a focus on method transfer and new product introduction. Strong background in analytical methods transfer and regulatory compliance. Outstanding ability to provide strategic plans and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and flawless execution. Excellent communication skills and the ability to strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
