Your accountabilities
Administrative:
Drafting and preparing mailings in several languages,
Printing documents,
Filing data in Excel files and mailings,
Preparing meetings: agendas, PowerPoint presentations, minutes,
Booking business trips abroad for employees.
Communication & Events:
Co-organizing various internal and external events,
Representing the company at events,
Co-organizing seminars in Switzerland.
Finance:
Processing, accounting, and tracking supplier invoices via SAP and Excel,VAT control,
Viewing supplier orders in SAP.
