French Customer Support On-site Role in Lisbon

Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English? We're looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.
Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Monday to Sunday
- 07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)
- 2 rotative days off per week
- 24/7 schedule may be introduced later
- Meal and transport allowances
- Health insurance from day 1 (free after 6 months)
- On-site position in central Lisbon
- Flight cost reimbursement (conditions apply)

- Assistance during relocation and settling in
- French C2 level
- English B2 level
- Valid EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestacao de Interesse
- Availability to work on-site
