\\xd0\\x95state Technical Facilities Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks

• Ensuring health and safety procedures in the household and vehicles
• Planning and coordination of all maintenance work to ensure cleanliness, order, and safe operation of the equipment (lighting, water areas, vehicle fleet)
• Preparation of the facilities operations calendar
• Planning and efficient accommodation of the personnel and third parties at the personnel accommodation facilities
• Receipt and distribution of parcels and correspondence as intended
• During the absence of the Chief Engineer, responsible for the operation and repairs of technical systems at the facilities, following the regulations and supervising the work of technical personnel
• If necessary, undertaking other household managers\\xe2\\x80\\x99 duties
• Overseeing and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
• Supervision of timely insurance of the vehicles.
• Transfer arrangements between households
• Chaeuffeuring responsibilities when necessary
• Occasionally undertaking responsibilities of the supply and maintenance manager
• Staff management

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, hotel/family facilities management or park management
• Technical skills (basic technical skills and knowledge of the principles of car-fleet management, ability to deal with minor technical repairs)
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to promptly deal with challenging situations
• Communication skills
• Fluent Russian and French languages are a must
• In rare circumstances, willingness to travel to France for short visits
• EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
