Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and inspire your team in line with company values and operational principles. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, ensuring optimal performance and building a strong talent pipeline. Manage schedules, absences, and compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Operational Management

Maintain a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment (HACCP). Oversee stock handling, ordering, and waste management to meet targets efficiently. Ensure a guest-first approach and foster strong community relations to drive loyalty.

Performance & Development

Monitor KPIs, including sales, labor costs, waste, and compliance. Optimize store performance and profitability while fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive store culture.

Your profile:

Degree in Hospitality Management from a Swiss school or holder of a Patent. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Fluent in French and English, German is a plus Knowledge of HACCP standards, inventory management, and basic financial principles is a plus. Familiarity with Swiss legal frameworks and labor regulations (OR, ArbvG, L-GAV) is a plus.
