With precision and care, you oversee inventory, costs, and revenue, ensuring every detail supports an exceptional guest experience.

You create an atmosphere where guests feel both at peace and inspired. With sensitivity, you offer conversation or quiet, share the stories behind every piece, prepare matchas and espressos, craft Japanese-inspired tea experiences, and serve our guests. You care for every corner - from dusting shelves to perfecting a table setting - so every detail speaks of beauty with a purpose.
