What You'll Do
Business Performance and Development: Your daily tasks include working closely with management to communicate and implement the vision, business requirements, and strategies at your location.
Operational Excellence: You keep an overview of day-to-day operations and translate business requirements into on-site actions. In doing so, you continuously drive improvements to enable outstanding team performance and excellent customer service.
People Management: Take a hands-on approach by consistently coaching, training, and developing the employees at your location.
Customer Support and Consultation: In escalations, you act quickly and solution-oriented. You support your team with complex customer concerns, make decisions in the best interest of customer satisfaction, and at the same time ensure that Tesla's mission is upheld.
Daily Business: Ensure that your team meets key sales targets. These include: generating sales opportunities, scheduling test drives, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline with regular follow-ups, driving new orders, and managing all pre-delivery activities. The goal is to guarantee smooth handovers and high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores.
What You'll Bring
Experience: For this role, you bring strong leadership experience and an understanding of the business and products, as well as proven experience in coaching and mentoring sales or operational functions. You also have an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with excellent knowledge of the local market.
Language Skills: You are a strong communicator with business-fluent German and good English skills.
Eligibility: You hold a valid work permit and have had a valid EU driver's license for at least 2 years.
Flexibility: You are willing to provide support in the evenings and on weekends as needed.
