For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Strategic IT Sourcing Manager

Your Responsabilities:

Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for IT Professional Services Align procurement priorities with business goals, technology roadmap, and transformation initiatives Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), contract negotiations, and supplier selection Drive cost optimization, improve service quality, and mitigate risks Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leaders on sourcing strategy and supplier performance Analyze spend, contracts, and supplier performance to identify savings and efficiencies Manage contract renewal timelines and ensure budget alignment across departments Collaborate with Liberty Global's Blume procurement team to harmonize sourcing operations Contribute to cross-functional procurement initiatives and promote continuous improvement and digital transformation

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally in IT services, vendor management, or IT contract management Proven track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and complex negotiations Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Solid understanding of IT and digital trends; a digital mindset is an advantage Familiarity with shared services procurement models is a plus * Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
