About the team



You will join the HR Team based at the core of the Swiss Market of PMI. The team takes care of the market's the entire population in terms of managing and deploying different exciting projects and processes such as Talent and Performance management, Talent Acquisition and many more!



Who we're looking for



Available from February to August 2026 Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related Area Customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to details Good project management skills Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of projects and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills o Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French/German as a plus


Description



Lead and manage the internal Internship Program by supporting our interns from their onboarding until their departure Manage our Interns' recruitment Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and measure different projects (i.e. interns' experiences, on-boarding and integration) Support the HR team with internal communications Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings
