Your mission
You want to go beyond consulting and reshape the future? At Accenture Strategy in the Capital Markets team, you will develop the future of leading financial services providers - from established banks to innovative FinTechs. In addition to industry expertise, you will have the courage to question the status quo and reinvent it. You will use the power of artificial intelligence, data and digital ecosystems to develop strategies that not only work today but will inspire tomorrow.
The earliest possible start date for this role is spring 2026.
Your daily work
Reinvention instead of optimization: You radically rethink business models, operating structures and customer experiences - with the aim of not only improving them but redefining them.
Technology-driven strategy: You develop strategic concepts based on future-oriented technologies such as AI, analytics and blockchain - and help our clients turn them into concrete competitive advantages.
Innovation with impact: You bring ideas to market quickly, test them in real-world scenarios and accompany the transformation through to implementation.
Leadership in transformation: You take responsibility for strategic projects, work closely with top management and position yourself as a thought leader through publications and presentations.
Collaboration & co-creation: You will work in multidisciplinary teams that combine technology, business and creativity - and develop solutions that really matter together with customers.

Who you are
An excellent degree (Master's, Diploma, MBA or PhD) in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, mathematics or engineering
At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in the innovation sector of banks/insurance companies - ideally with a focus on AI, big data, digital business models or entrepreneurial projects
A deep understanding of technological trends and their strategic relevance - particularly in the context of AI, blockchain and data-driven ecosystems
An agile mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and inspiring way
Experience in dealing with customers - ideally also in the context of project acquisition or the development of strategic offers.
Very good German and English skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and stakeholders.
