Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Duration: 6-9 months (with potential extension)#

Who you are:

We are looking for a highly motivated Structuring Intern with a strong interest in investment products and technology to join our team in Zurich. This role combines finance with innovation: you will contribute to structuring securitized investment products while applying AI and digital tools to improve workflows, analysis, and execution. As your knowledge grows, you will take on responsibility for specific products, working hands-on from idea to implementation.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and execution of investment products, including preparing termsheets and transaction materials. Take ownership of selected products as your expertise develops, supporting the full lifecycle from structuring to execution. Research and apply AI tools to optimize product structuring, data handling, and automation of workflows. Develop and maintain knowledge databases of structuring solutions, use cases, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of products. Propose and prototype AI- and tech-driven improvements to enhance scalability, automation, and decision-making in structuring.

What you bring:

Ongoing or recently completed studies in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Strong interest in both financial structuring and AI/tech applications. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics is a plus. Analytical mindset with creativity to design practical and innovative solutions. Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to take on growing responsibility. Excellent communication skills in English (German or knowledge of other languages is a plus). #
