Start: ASAP or upon agreement
Contract Type: 12-month contract with possibility of permanent takeover by the client

Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Supervisors or Subcontractor Managers to oversee industrial projects in the areas of piping, HVAC, and pharma environments. You will be responsible for managing the execution of work on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out in line with project specifications, timelines, and safety requirements.
This position requires hands-on supervision and a solid understanding of technical installations in complex environments, such as cleanrooms, production facilities, and HVAC-controlled areas.
Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople in your discipline (e.g., piping, HVAC, equipment)
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and technical drawings
• Conduct site inspections and daily progress checks
• Monitor schedules and ensure adherence to milestones
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams on-site
• Document progress and maintain accurate daily reports
• Promote and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance at all times

Your Profile

• Technical degree or apprenticeship in piping, HVAC, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, ideally within pharma, life sciences, or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of piping systems, HVAC installations, or cleanroom technologies
• Familiar with project execution standards in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO)
• Confident in reading and interpreting P&IDs, layout plans, and technical documentation
• Proficient with site reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Languages: German (C1-Native level) and English (fluent)
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
