About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Product Life Cycle (PLC) to lead our team in managing products and services throughout their life cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product introduction, pricing, upgrades, and phase-in/phase-out processes, while driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service sales.



Key Responsibilities




Lead and develop the PLC team to achieve annual targets for spares, consumables, and parts. Oversee product data management, pricing, forecasting, install base management and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information. Drive the development of new products and upgrades, ensure effective phase-in/phase-out processes for inks and spare parts Manage marketing activities for the service portfolio, including campaigns and communication materials. Support ERP key user activities and AI-driven solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.


What You Need to Be Successful



Higher education in economics, business administration (HFW or FH) or equivalent commercial/technical background Proven experience in product management, pricing, marketing and data analysis. Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills in

English and German

(additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multinational environment. Ability to lead and motivate technical specialists effectively.
