We are currently looking for a dedicated Department Manager/Sales Supervisor (f/m/d) to join our team at the BOSS Shop GLOBUS in Bern on a part-time basis (60%), who will inspire customers for our BOSS brand with passion and enthusiasm.

As a supervisor at HUGO BOSS, you will support the store management in leading a dynamic team, creating first-class shopping experiences, and embodying our brand values through excellent product presentation and customer service.

What you can expect:

As a sales floor hero, you will work with your team to optimize the shopping experience with the help of our premium products and excellent service, turning our customers into fans In regular communication with store management, you will discuss department development, KPIs, and sales targets Collaborate with the VM team to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards Assist in training and developing new employees while conducting individual employee appraisals Independently utilize digital tools like StorIQ and Click & Collect

Your profile:

You have at least 3 years of experience in retail and have successfully completed vocational training. Ideally, you have already gained some initial professional management experience You can identify with qualities such as a sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and goal orientation You find it easy to communicate and build positive relationships with our customers in order to share your passion for fashion and our products In addition to fluent German, you ideally also have knowledge of other foreign languages such as English or French You can use and apply MS Office applications with ease
