Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Wartungen der Anlagen in Deinem Portfolio
Sicherstellen, dass der Wartungsplan durchgefuhrt wird
Beratung und Unterstutzung des Teams vor Ort bei komplexen Storfallen
Identifizieren von Sicherheitsrisiken und Mitwirken bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Korrekturmassnahmen.
Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur, insbesondere durch die Durchfuhrung von FPA- Audits und durch die Forderung von Sicherheitsthemen in ihrem Team
Sicherstellung der guten Qualitat seiner Anlagen durch eigene Qualitatsaudits oder solche des EHS-Auditors
Organisation von Touren, Einsatzplanung und Pikettdienst aufstellen
Vorschlage fur Reparatur- und Verbesserungsarbeiten (T&CC) von ihrem Team entgegennehmen, Angebote ausarbeiten
Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten und Spesen durch wochentliche Uberprufung und Validierung der Arbeits- und Spesenabrechnungen ihres Teams, Ferienkontrolle
Fuhren, Unterstutzen und Coachen Ihres Teams, Durchfuhren von Leistungsgesprachen mit jedem Mitarbeiter
Sicherstellen, dass die erforderlichen Schulungen fur die Mitarbeiter durchgefuhrt werden
Was Du mitbringst
Technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum technischen Kaufmann
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche mit
Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
Proaktivitat, Fahigkeit zur Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Sie aus
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
In der Schweizer gultiger Fuhrerschein ist erforderlich
