What you'll do:

Support and stand-in for Head of Supply Chain Excellence & transformation (a.k.a. SC Platform ADS) in various forums Responsible for various regular SC/PM (weekly, monthly and yearly) tasks such as scenario freezing, revenue reporting review and support for annual target setting Provide coordinated data analysis (Revenue tracking, SC performance) and support global S&OP preparation Participate in local S&OP and interact directly with SC representatives and key collaborators at different ADS sites including PM and Finance Support ADS sites globally in aspects of demand/supply topics and related reporting Invent, elaborate on, and implement tools and techniques for data accuracy and data integrity. Promote core processes across technology platforms. Elaborate and promote data visualization reports and improve existing reports (e.g., quantitative and qualitative data views) Deep understanding of the data flows between IBP, SAP, BW, SFDC, Omni, Planview, etc. to troubleshoot or analyze Accountable for ensuring data precision within the applicable systems

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, or Science Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar position in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry Supply Chain certification CPIM preferred as well as experience with the use of Microsoft Suites (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate recommendations and key decision points to senior management) Project Management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams Excellent proficiency in English; German and French are a plus
