The Supply Chain Manager drives the tactical planning process for his defined portfolio of finished goods for the tactical horizon (3-24 Months) & providing visibility of supply plan to business team as primary interface between supplying sites and local business team.


To ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance with affiliate inventory policy.


Responsible for ensuring a timely implementation of all Life Cycle projects as launches/ changes/ transfers/divestment by coordination of involved stakeholders from different functions


Ensures compliance with cGMP, SOPs, HSE and Code of Conduct.


Major accountabilities:



Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Establishes optimal supply plan for the tactical horizon from month 3-24 months depending on lead time & supply constraints in alignment with inventory policies. Coordinates action plans with suppliers / site customer service team to resolve the constraints and manages supply KPI reporting and analysis. Manages backlog and backorders and ensures direct communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures right level of SKU Inventories at the next point of the supply chain & ensure there is no stockouts due to planning reasons. Owns planning parameters in ERP System & always update the lates delivery dates in system. Facilitate Supply Review Meeting and actively support the entire S&BP process with business. Ensures that the customers have clear visibility of the current valid supply plan and monitor the delivery commitments in terms of quantities and timelines, in accordance to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Supports the implementation of life cycle projects: site transfers and packaging material changes, in order to ensure compliant drug supplies according to the overall strategic project/ program plan Managing non-moving or slow-moving inventory locally with internal stakeholders, managing the destruction with external logistic provider Being responsible for the operational cooperation with the external logistic providers, incl. SAP interfaces Acts as the point of contact for the Change Request process and order related topics.

Minimum Requirements:



What you'll bring to the role:



Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, including previous experience in Supply and Material Planning & inventory Management Solid understanding of SAP planning system and APO Strong MS Excel skills Good GxP understanding APICS Certification will be advantage Project Management, operations management and execution skills Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross functional environment Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills Fluent German & English language skills (written and spoken) is essential.
