ABOUT THE POSITION

Our International Distributor Region serves more than 90 countries, via 30 Distributor Partners. Our aim is to unlock the outdoors for more than 3.4 billion consumers.

Our Operational Excellence Leaders are our Supply Chain Process and Systems Engineers, owning daily operational excellence, seasonal readiness and technical continuous improvement across the International Distributor Region Supply Chain. The role sits at the heart of our International Distributor Operations business, within our EMEA headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland).

As an Operational Excellence Leader you will work hand in hand with our Regional Account Operations Leaders and Global Capability Teams to deliver our vision to be recognized as the #1 Distributor Supply Chain Planning and Operations Group in the industry.

The role is diverse. Working within our IDR Supply Chain Operations Team you will ensure seamless order to cash management via proactive seasonal readiness of the OTC process, drive simplification, standardization and automation of our operations plus be heavily involved in delivering broader Regional and Global Strategic Projects.

HOW YOU\\xe2\\x80\\x99LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
  • Driving Proactive System Seasonal Configuration & Testing
  • Identifying, planning and leading execution of optimization projects
  • Build strong relationships with our Account Operations Leaders and acting as a business enabler
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Planning & Analytics, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Finance
YOU ARE
  • A strong communicator, able to take complex topics and simplify into short, insightful, actionable, audience ready actions
  • Curious, passionate and relentlessly committed to drive structural change & continuous improvement
  • Commercially savvy/business oriented with a service for growth mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to work full-time and to travel on a regular basis
YOU HAVE
  • A minimum of 3 years Supply Chain Operational Experience, with a good understanding of the distributor business model
  • Good knowledge and command of Order To Cash Management
  • Experience in Operational Excellence & Standardization, you know how to manage, monitor and improve complex supply Chain and order management operations and processes
  • Advanced Project & Change Management skills
  • Advanced Process Mapping & Management Capabilities to drive simplification & automation
  • High Level of SAP, JDA, Excel, Power BI & Programing Capabilities
