In this role you will be responsible for improving business processes, reporting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing models to enhance supply chain efficiency within the Medium and Low Speed Division. The objective of this role is to ensure the consistent implementation of cost-efficient supply chain solutions. You will leverage data analysis, forecasting models, and optimization tools to identify bottlenecks, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost reductions across the supply chain.
Your Responsibilities:Business Process Optimisation through Technology and Continuous Improvement + Provide business leadership for ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation, to ensure the new ERP solutions provide seamless end-to-end transformation for Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
+ Analyse Supply Chain processes to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities. Execute improvement roadmap to drive simplification and automatization.
KPI Reporting and Performance Analysis + Provide KPI reporting and performance analysis on the entire Supply Chain process (OTD, backorders, inventory, stockouts, supplier performance)
+ Provide analytical modelling to inform supply chain decision making
+ Reporting of the financial impact of Supply Chain decision making
Modelling the supply chain solutions and adhoc analysis + Product optimisation, modelling historical sales by product and providing analysis and recommendations for retiring product lines
+ Adhoc evaluations, e.g. factory product optimisation, single or dual source modelling, make or buy decisions, strategies for optimal lot size procurement and transport solutions, etc.


Your Background:Comprehensive experience working in Supply Chain Management is essential Previous experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred Excellent analytical skills Able to work on own initiative and within a team Excellent communication skills Influencing skills are essential Fluent English and German
