Job Description

As Supply Chain Project Manager at La Prairie Global Headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our innovation pipeline, while representing the Supply Chain and coordinating within Supply Chain functions.





In this role, you will hold significant responsibility for the strategic oversight and successful execution of key initiatives.




How you will create a beautiful impact:






Leading comprehensive multi-project management

for both New Product Launch (NPL) projects and critical Supply Chain Transfer projects, ensuring seamless transitions and timely delivery.

Indirectly Spearheading cross-functional Supply Chain Teams

, fostering collaboration and driving performance to achieve project objectives.

Actively participating as a core member

within NPL Project Core Teams, contributing Supply Chain expertise and insights to overarching project strategies.

Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages

across diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization.

Vigilantly securing robust change, quality, and risk management protocols

within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards.

Serving as the pivotal interface

between various Supply Chain functions and the overarching NPL process, ensuring effective communication and integration.

Acting as the central point of contact

for all cross-functional topics pertinent to the Supply Chain domain.

Functioning as Marketing's primary liaison

for all Supply Chain-related inquiries and collaborations, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment.



What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:






Technical or Economics University Degree Several years of relevant business experience in at least one Supply Chain function Project management skills & capable of handling multiple cross-functional initiatives Strong implementation skills, and a pronounced ability to manage complexity High level of communication, presentation & negotiation skills Strong result orientation and performance focus, with strong motivation Reliable, adaptable & able to work under pressure Acts in a pragmatic and solution-driven as well as proactive and assertive way Ability to drive change & strives for continuous improvement Fluent in English, second language in German advantageous
