Supply Planner Instruments:

The Demand and Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of finished and semi-finished products within the supply chain to meet customer requirements.



The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:

ensures continuous supply at the right inventory levels in order to achieve targeted customer service level;

communicates efficiently with production and purchasing dept. in case of supply disruptions;

ensures the consolidation, validation and submission of supply forecast to the suppliers and to internal manufacturing;

countermeasures on backorders and coordinates supply recovery;

interacts with Marketing and Sales to manage the product life cycle including key events and product launches;

leads and/or supports trouble-shooting and problem resolution for planning issues impacting service;

focus on automatization and standardization of supply chain processes.

The resource should also have the following skills:

Hard Skills

bachelor's Degree in management engineering/ Logistics/Supply Chain;

fluent in English;

minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing organisation. Experience in a pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing company preferred;

excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint);

basic Knowledge of Power BI;

working knowledge of MRP and Navision or similar ERP experience.
