Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Engineering und Projektteams und stellen sicher, dass neue Produkte (NPI) effizient, kostenoptimiert und termingerecht in unsere Supply Chain integriert werden.

Ihre Kernaufgaben:

Erstbeschaffung neuer Teile inkl. Kosten-, Qualitats- und Bestandsmanagement Erstellung und Bewertung optimaler Supply-Chain-Konzepte fur neue Produkte Koordination aller Schnittstellen - intern und extern (Abteilungen und Lieferanten) Einrichtung relevanter Logistik- und Stammdaten im ERP fur den MRP Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen Durchfuhrung des NPI-Freigabeprozesses (Dynamics 365) Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen sowie Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung Monitoring wichtiger KPIs und Gewahrleistung einer vollstandigen Dokumentation

Was Sie mitbringen:

Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Procurement, Supply Chain, Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mehrjahrige Erfahrung in der Supply Chain oder Projektbeschaffung Know-how in Supply-Chain-Konzepten, Kostenstrukturen und Multi-Sourcing-Strategien Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel); ERP-Erfahrung (idealerweise D365) Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgepragte Eigenstandigkeit Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstarke und Verhandlungssicherheit Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
