Who you are

We are looking for a Foodie with leadership experience to lead our Swedish Food Market & Bistro team in IKEA Rothenburg.



To succeed in this role, we see that you bring:

+ A strong leadership + Experience from working with food
+ A genuine interest in sales and motivation to fulfil customer needs
+ Strong analytical skills to maximize commerciality
+ Experience of serving customers in a vibrant retail environment

Besides that, you will:

+ Present the IKEA Food range with its width and depth in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales + Ensure that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus
+ Motivate and develop your team
+ Promote a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work
