Your tasks

Operation, configuration, and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform) Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, servers, and network components, including software and interfaces Monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support within the team Collaboration on IT and digitalization projects in an international environment Conducting analyses, creating documentation, guides, and checklists Training and raising awareness for end-users and administrators in the field of IT security #

Your expertise

Completed IT education (System Engineering, ICT-Security, or equivalent) Several years of professional experience in a similar role in the Microsoft environment In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, and the Microsoft Defender Suite Good knowledge in the operation of Windows Server and Client environments Independent, structured, and reliable working style Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Good self-organization and prioritization in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German, good English skills (at least B2), French is an advantage #
