Stadler Signalling is the center of competence for Signalling technology and digitalization in the Stadler Group with multiple sites in Switzerland and Germany. Our highly qualified teams work in the area of automated train operation (ATO), train control system (ETCS) and driverless metro trains (CBTC) and electronical interlocking (ESTW) to develop our solutions further. Your contribution

• Integration of ETCS on-board and country-specific ATP systems into rail vehicles
• Creation of concepts, system requirements specifications and electrical schematics
• Participation in static & dynamic commissioning of the systems in rail vehicle as well as in type tests in the field
• Preparation of evidences for authorization
• Interface with customers, assessors and suppliers

Your profile

• Education at bachelor level in engineering (Electrical, IT or mechatronics) or comparable
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and of Automatic Train Protection (e.g.: ETCS, ASFA, SCMT, SHP, PZB, LZB, ATB) on-board systems is an advantage
• Autonomous and proactive working method and strong problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Flexibility to travel 25 - 30% of the working time
